Ann G is a 50-metre full-custom displacement motoryacht built by Heesen Yachts. The stunning yacht features Clifford Denn exterior design and Reymond Langton interior design. The build was project-managed by Arcon Yachts. Created for a client with strong vision and high expectations, she is the quintessence of customisation and superb attention to detail.

HVAC by Heinen & Hopman

Heinen & Hopman was selected to deliver the HVAC and sanitary systems. A challenging project because the available space for the installation of the equipment onboard was very limited. Heinen & Hopman was required to think outside the box and come up with a creative solution to fit the ducting. The following systems were installed onboard:

• Fresh air system
• Mechanical ventilation exhaust
• Engine Room ventilation
• Sanitary systems (Sewage plant, vacuum system, toilets)
• Misters Unlimited (Water Moist system)
• Hydrophore unit
• Boilers and electric heaters

• Cool and freeze system
• Monitoring system

Award-winning yacht

Ann G was delivered to its owner on July 17, 2015 and showcased at the 2015 Monaco Yacht Show as well. The yacht has been awarded the best exterior design and most achieved yacht at the Invictus Yacht Trophies in Cannes, an incredible achievement.
