24/7 Service Contracts
In case you want to rely on 24/7 service in case of any HVAC emergency, we advise you to conclude a 24/7 service contract. Heinen & Hopman has defined three different service levels; called Standard, Comfort and Total Control. Guaranteed 24/7 phone availability is included in every service contract. Furthermore, clients with a service contract get access to our Service Portal and mobile application, where all service tickets are registered and clients can get a spare parts quote easily.
Total Control
The Total Control service program offers 24/7 availability and a support response within 12 hours. Our emergency service desk will be available to call round the clock regarding HVAC-related issues. As a part of this contract we will provide remote support service for all your HVAC system questions, support and back-up requests. The contract consists of 60 remote support hours from the Heinen & Hopman headquarters. Onboard (local) support will be supplied if our engineers cannot solve the problem remotely. Heinen & Hopman will ensure that an engineer will be available to travel to any location in the world within 72 hours. Costs for this worldwide service will be calculated by means of Time & Material (T&M).Customers with a Total Control contract also benefit from a preventive remote system health check, a tailor-made maintenance matrix and 10% discount on annual and periodic maintenance.
Comfort
The Comfort service program offers 24/7 availability and a support response within 24 hours. Our emergency service desk will be available to call round the clock regarding HVAC-related issues. As a part of this contract we will provide remote support service for all your HVAC system questions, support and back-up requests. The contract consists of 40 remote support hours from the Heinen & Hopman headquarters. Onboard (local) support will be supplied if our engineers cannot solve the problem remotely. Heinen & Hopman will ensure that an engineer will be available to travel to any location in the world within 72 hours. Costs for this worldwide service will be calculated by means of Time & Material (T&M). Customers with a Comfort contract also benefit from a tailor-made maintenance matrix.
Standard
The Standard service program offers 24/7 availability and a support response within 72 hours. Our emergency service desk will be available to call round the clock regarding HVAC-related issues. As a part of this contract we will provide remote support service for all your HVAC system questions, support and back-up requests. The contract consists of 10 remote support hours from the Heinen & Hopman headquarters. Onboard (local) support will be supplied if our engineers cannot solve the problem remotely. Heinen & Hopman will ensure that an engineer will be available to travel to any location in the world on best effort. Costs for this worldwide service will be calculated by means of Time & Material (T&M).
